How to claim a PCSO lotto prize

Last updated October 21, 2026

Before you go

Write your name and sign the back of the winning ticket. A ticket is a bearer instrument: whoever holds it can claim, so sign it as soon as you know you have won. Tickets that are mutilated, erased or stained so that a number is illegible are not paid.

Where to claim

Prize Where
₱20 up to ₱10,000 Any authorised lotto outlet, or any PCSO branch office
₱10,001 up to ₱500,000 PCSO branch office in your area (PCSO’s FAQ still quotes ₱300,000 as the branch ceiling; the current game pages say ₱500,000 — call the branch first for amounts in between)
Above ₱500,000, up to the jackpot PCSO Main Office, 2nd Floor, Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City — Prize Fund Division, Accounting and Budget Department

Jackpot and large prizes are validated at the main office before payment; bring the ticket, fill in the claim form, and proceed to the Treasury Department for release.

What to bring

  • The winning ticket, signed at the back.
  • Two valid government-issued IDs.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to claim.

Tax

Prizes above ₱10,000 are subject to a 20% final tax under the TRAIN law. The amount paid out is net of tax; the ₱10 or ₱25 play amount you paid already included the 20% documentary stamp tax.

Deadline

PCSO’s game rules give you one year from the draw date to claim; after that the prize is forfeited to PCSO’s charity fund. The deadline is also printed on the back of the ticket — check it, and do not wait.
